Call for companies to be part of the INSIDERATLAS & the INSIDERTREFF again in 2022!
"Thanks to the INSIDERATLAS, every student can find out extensive, detailed and complete information about the various professions that can be learned in our district," reports Saskia Heublein, our supervising project manager for education. And that for 11 years! The INSIDERATLAS has just been delivered to all schools in the district.
Its content is impressive and doesn't need to shy away from comparisons: on 164 pages, a wide variety of apprenticeships and also the opportunities to do with studying here in the priceless country are presented. On the one hand from the companies themselves, on the other hand you can also learn realistically - directly from the trainees of the various professions - how a working day is structured, what trainee or student life entails and what chances of employment and advancement there are after successfully completing training/studies gives. There is also a crafts special, the various offers for career choice, as well as the mentoring program " Check the job ", " LOOK IN - week of open companies " and there is a comprehensive AZ of the professions.
District administrator Bernd Lange is pleased with the success of the INSIDERATLAS: “There are many young people in our region who have discovered their dream job and found their training company while leafing through the atlas. As well-trained specialists, they are already working in the companies in our homeland.”
Even if the training fair, the INSIDERTREFF, could not take place as usual in the Löbau exhibition center this year due to the current corona situation, it was successfully held for the second time in a virtual space. Pupils were able to get to know the training and study offers from over 130 exhibitors on the Internet.
District administrator Bernd Lange explains: “We are very happy and proud that numerous companies, institutions and associations used both the virtual INSIDERTREFF and the INSIDERATLAS to present themselves to young people. With your commitment, we can make it clear to the students that staying here is really worth it.
For Bernd Lange as well as for Saskia Heublein (and numerous other ENO employees who work behind the scenes to make it a success) it is clear that the INSIDERATLAS, the INSIDERTREFF & the ONLINE-INSIDER will again be offered in 2022 as platforms for recruiting young people. And no matter how successful the virtual INSIDERTREFF was: the trade fair for training and studies should, as far as possible, be held as a real trade fair in Löbau.
District Administrator Lange and we at the ENO would be very happy if the companies would also use these presentation opportunities in the coming year! Of course there is also a discount of 300 euros on the exhibitor fee - for all suppliers from the district of Görlitz.
