And the moment you ask yourself one of these three questions, you've come to the right place.

From a purely pragmatic point of view, the questions are quickly answered: The development company Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH (ENO) is a subsidiary of the district of Görlitz, which promotes development processes in the service centers of education, tourism, sustainability, project management, real estate and priceless land. With the image campaign Unpayableland, the ENO presents the district of Görlitz as an attractive place to live, live, work, learn, study and relax with many positive stories in order to keep skilled workers at home or to bring them to our region. The phase-out of coal-fired power generation by 2038 and the associated loss of Lusatia's industrial identity require future-oriented strategies for the sustainable development of social life. This process of structural change is being significantly promoted by the S(ch)ichtwechsel working group of the ENO in the Görlitz district.  

These descriptions sound quite sober and not very exciting. But appearances are deceptive. Behind it are committed people, exciting developments, interesting stories and background information that you will not find in the media. Our advantage is that we are close to developments in the district. Some of these are driven by ourselves. Our goal is to take up topics with personal points of view, perhaps to tell a story or two and to explain our motivation to be active every day for the district of Görlitz in Upper Lusatia - in the Euroregion. We want to inform you transparently, but we also want to invite you to take part. We look forward to your comments, suggestions and ideas. The more you contribute, the livelier this blog will be.
