I've always been of the opinion that we need to devote even more attention to the subject of schools and business. In this way, we can convey a basic business understanding for everyday life, for the professional future and for many other decisions in life. In #TeamENO, too, we always try to think in this direction. What Saskia sets up in the #education service point is very good. A great project

This is where I start: For many years there has been a project in which business juniors act as coaches. Boston Consulting Group's business@school project The Augustum-Annen-Gymnasium from Görlitz is there. There are about 70 schools throughout Germany! How does the economy work? Can I realize a business idea? In answering these questions, the students go through three phases. Each team is supported by mentors from business. That only works if someone is passionate about it. On the side of the school in Görlitz Hubertus Kaiser should be mentioned, on our mentors Christoph Künne. Next to it the rock in the surf - there every year - like Tobias Czerwoka.

Fun with added value

I always really enjoy walking through the three phases. In 2020/21, Christoph and I as a group had the analytically thinking Stella, Annalena, who worked like clockwork, the lively Alex and the high spur Victor. First phase "Analysis of a listed company". Second phase "Analysis of a smaller company in the region". Third phase - "The groups create their own business idea". I really believe that in my group the anticipation of the video conference with Christoph and I was not always euphoric. "Not plausible!", "Put that in a different way!", "What do you mean?", "What is EBIT?" or "hmmm... don't knock me out!" were phrases that all four of the group had to hear from time to time. But it was really fun. everyone! Really (at least that's what everyone said in the evaluation)!

The best idea for the Berlin 2021 state decision comes from Görlitz

Oh, how happy I was when Tobias spread the great message in a WhatsApp group: "+++ Breaking News +++ WJ from Görlitz wins the regional final in Berlin after 18 years. +++". With the idea of ​​two-layer vegetable chips, the team is now qualified for the Germany finals in June!  

Brilliant result of a great project - every team was certainly able to take something away. Everyone bravely took on the task. More of that please. And thank you to everyone involved who always makes this possible. And the appeal - we are always looking for more comrades-in-arms :)
