More important than ever

Despite or because of the current situation, we have to think about it. Thoughts on how this topic can definitely be further processed. I'm talking about career orientation. Time doesn't stand still. Pupils are looking for prospects after they graduate, companies need young people. However, proven formats cannot take place at the moment. It is all the more important to stay creative.  

Company and school - does that fit? 

I mean yes. Absolutely! Our #education service point has big plans for 2021 in this area. Building and maintaining cooperation between companies and schools - that sounds easy. But sometimes there is frustration in the details. At the end of 2020, we approached schools, companies and public institutions with good cheer. The question was: "Do we want to invest more energy here again?" The feedback has been great. It must be possible to make the advantages of the respective partner visible. In this way, companies benefit in terms of image, find the right trainees and they can also get an idea for themselves. The schools can approach experts, expand the range of careers guidance or even try modern learning methods according to the requirements of the companies.  

How it works

Our principle is that we want to establish a wide range of career orientation offers. The need for orientation among young people is great. The demand from training companies is increasing rather than decreasing. And the schools are happy to provide support in building bridges to professional life. The nice thing about our offers is that the formats can be designed individually so that everyone feels comfortable with them. Internships, participation in nationwide careers orientation days (such as the week of open companies) or the joint design of suitable teaching units. The scope for design is great.

Very important - our service point #education is available for schools and companies at any time. Questions can be asked and suggestions accepted. I think it is super important that there are always offers!
