Eye rolls, nose wrinkling and confused looks 

How do you still put up with me? I can't really explain it to myself either. I mean the team around Ingo, Ariane, Kasia and Christian. Our "creative department", our service point #pricelessland.  

At this very moment I am preparing for a lecture at the university today. And one thing I can say - this power in the background is priceless. From loose scraps of ideas, sometimes certainly not yet tangible aerial photos, but mostly with concrete time specifications, everyone has to drop everything and please work out wonderful results as quickly as possible.  

And where are the qualities in demand? 

For projects, among other things. In 2018 I "run over" everyone with the task - we should organize a maximum number of addressees for the volunteer budget for the district in a very efficient and easily accessible way. As many clubs as possible should benefit from this. Heads were spinning, other service points were consulted (nothing works without the IT people these days) and the result over the past two years has been many clubs with supporting checks and lots of pictures. But the team can also assert itself when it comes to spontaneous inquiries. When we found out that a club needed help to get a replacement lawn tractor after it had been stolen, we didn't think twice. Christian organized photos, videos and information - a few hours later we were able to help the association via our channels to draw attention to the problem.  

Consolidation doesn't have to be a bad thing

We have a whole range of concrete, tangible products in the ENO. Be it the newspaper for children, many tourist leaflets & brochures, the Insider or numerous own websites. Here it is important to maintain the high quality day after day, week after week - even year after year. We always change nuances - but the basic tenor and the focus on the target group must remain.  

In stormy times 

Despite often high waves in daily work, the performance is excellent. Although often faced with seemingly unsolvable wishes (very often mine too) - the results are great. I know I can count on myself. It is a good feeling. I don't have to ask every hour - rather, curiosity is growing about what will become of my wild gestures and words.  

And now back to the preparation of my lecture, then right at the university :)
