And the next project please 

Sandra Bardely has been in the ENO since 2013. We hired her to replace Maja Daniel-Rublack on maternity leave. Tourism. Tourism forever and ever? This question can be answered unequivocally with "no".  

It was planned in a very structured way. 

Sandra has walked through quite a few areas of responsibility in the ENO in the last 8 years. The first project experiences came with the star cycle tour and with similar tourism projects. It quickly became clear to me - Sandra is pleasant to deal with within the team, brilliant in advising on funding and meticulous in the implementation and accounting of projects. From 2014, always accessible within the #projektmanagement service point, always with the signal to approach her if she can help.  

She can best answer for herself how many projects have passed her desk in the meantime. But as managing director I could always know one thing: If Sandra takes over the project, no matter what role, then it will work. And that is a great quality. Ask if questions arise and supervise the project in detail up to the completed project accounting. Sandra does it like this. Preferably across borders with as many partners as possible.  

In 2020 we'll come up with something again 

Applying for and implementing projects, she can do that. When the district asked me to coordinate the guidelines for skilled workers within the ENO together with the district, there was one of the usual puzzles. My decision fell on Sandra. Such tasks are somehow part of lifelong learning. Just switch sides. Contact person for applicants, interface to funding bodies, responsible for the action plan. The tasks are diverse, a professional was wanted. And Sandra also mastered this challenge. You can read more about their impressions in the ENO annual report...  

Project 2.0 

It was not without reason that I looked for Sandra as the first small employee excerpt from the annual report. Sandra is still on duty until Wednesday - she announced yesterday at the project meeting. Then maternity leave and parental leave. Child number 2. Project 2.0 :) I'm happy for you, dear Sandra. Enjoy the time, lots of great moments in the then somewhat larger family. Above all, stay healthy & happy. We are already looking forward to your return.
