How the ENO can support founders Saskia Brosius , project manager in the innovation team .

Last Wednesday, our colleague Saskia Brosius, project manager from the innovation team, was able to visit a founder in Boxberg OT 
Zimpel and advise her on her project. As soon as there is something to report about this, you can read more here - definitely an exciting project!

Then we went to the futureSAX at Dock3 in Spreetal.
An inspiring place in Lusatia, which, according to site manager Frank Müller, is repeatedly mentioned as a "symbol of the beginning structural change in the region".

At Dock3, our colleague met many players who want to promote the start-up scene in the region or are even themselves . For example , Marcel Linge from the start - up ecosystem Future Lausitz and Michael Schulz from the Economic Initiative Lausitz eV .
Whether founders or supporters, everyone had the same goal: to network and get to know each other and the skills on site better. Everywhere small groups formed, people introduced themselves and their business ideas, projects and plans to each other, there was a spirit of optimism in the air - committed anticipation of something new!

Since the ENO is part of the
futureSAX , Saskia was able to explain to everyone present how we can support them in founding a company. And because not everyone interested in founding a company could be there, we will briefly summarize it here:

As a development company, we get involved right from the very first founding ideas.

Incidentally, Saskia emphasizes, the ENO has no specific focus when it comes to supporting or selecting the
start-ups that it supports. "On the contrary," explains the project manager, "at the ENO every request is very important to us and we try to everyone as best we can.".

She continues with commitment: " We would like to convey to founders and network partners that it is important to be aware that we are not in a vacuum. But that we are very happy to work with other initiatives such as for example StartUp Lausitz, the chambers, the Wirtschaftsinitiative Lausitz eV want to cooperate." .

 Then Saskia becomes a little poetic in her language , and you can feel her passion for her task : "Each and every one of us is just a small piece of the puzzle that can only create a meaningful picture with other pieces. That's why we want a big one Together to let the number of start-ups in Lusatia sprout into the sky."
