With best wishes for a healthy, successful and happy new year, I am back with fresh news and great news from the ENO structural development team !

We have a lot planned for this year. Various exciting events on the future of our priceless country are already being planned and already planned. Our innovation team with Saskia, Clara and Wilhelmine was and is interested in many things and travels to many places to expand networks and to learn and compile the latest developments in the exciting topics of creativity, innovation and design thinking.

When it comes to our homeland - it has to be good.

And that's only possible with you. Because we are firmly convinced that can and should only work with citizen participation

Our innovation team provides the framework for this. You determine the content!

01/19/2023 - KICK OFF JUNGE LAUSITZ - "Hey Lausitz, want to start something?"

Together with the Junge Lausitz network, the ENO innovation team would like to present a catalog of ideas and thoughts on an image campaign - and we want your feedback! Because Lusatia deserves a better image - and we want to know what you think of our ideas.

Quite simply - because Lusatia is not only the region we want to live in, but also our homeland, which we love and want to shape. Because we find our freedom, the nature and the living environment in Lusatia - priceless . And everyone should know that and, whoever wants to, tackle the future together with us.

Therefore, all young people from Lusatia (13-35 years old and everyone young at heart) are invited to actively participate in structural change and to network. In addition, you have the opportunity to become active in Junge Lausitz and to get involved in your homeland. Interest? 31.01.2023 THE LAUSITZ CAFE

strategic orientation of the district of Görlitz with you . Each of the six Lausitz Cafés has a different theme.

The offer is aimed at all citizens of the district of Görlitz and is free of charge. Catering is also provided!

The topic of the first Lausitz Café on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 is "Change of perspective: Society - What does YOUR structural change look like?". In the first Lausitz Café, we want to deal with mobility, energy and questions relating to the living environment and tourism, among other things. UnbezahlbarLounge from 6 p.m. ?

More Lausitz Cafés are planned this year on the following dates: April 4th, June 6th, August 8th, October 10th, December 12th. - please make a note and let everyone know!

This first Lausitz Café will be accompanied by media and the image material will then be available for public use. If you don't want to be filmed, please let us know in advance!

27. - 29.04.2023 THE INNOVATION CHALLENGE

The Innovation Challenge is a 2.5-day event in which heterogeneous groups develop prototypical solutions for specific or self-chosen problems from companies, municipalities and associations in the Görlitz district. The teams are guided and supported by coaches and mentors. We are particularly pleased that the great colleagues from Sherpa Dresden support us with all their know-how and techniques.

Exciting for everyone who is looking for solutions or who wants to learn the most modern techniques to find solutions to complex problems - and that for free!
