Hello!
The year is still young, but there is already a lot to report! So today I have to announce a quick ride through three themes!
First of all, it's about our great events, namely the RUBIN "Enviroplast" kick-off event with over 25 participants at the beginning of January and the cooperation of our innovation team with a young, very committed group from Brandenburg, which goes by the name "JUNGE LAUSITZ " joined together. They want to bring together other young people from (Upper) Lusatia across the federal state borders, just like our Inno team has been successfully for almost two years .
Under the motto "Hey Lausitz, Bock, what to start", the creators of "JUNGE LAUSITZ" were our guests in the UnbezahlbarLounge in Görlitz last Thursday and inspired together with Wilhelmine, Clara, Saskia and our newly appointed team leader Heike in the almost overcrowded auditorium of our UBL Mega Mall. During the subsequent pizza invitation, pretty much all of the around 50 people present got into good conversations - even if our Inno team is great at so many things: the young ladies are really great at networking events and innovation !
Heike, our new TaFo team leader, as it is now called in the best modern German, shone throughout the evening, was happy about the lively youth and citizen participation and also about being able to be a guest himself.
She herself has long since become quite the giant when it comes to forging lasting partnerships and initiatives. I will present your latest commitment, as mentioned: RUBIN-"Enviroplast", in detail. So much in advance: it was a successful kick-off event with SKS structural change Lausitz, the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and many stakeholders, which our Heike initiated. In the coming week, we will explain how this successful kick-off event took the first step towards significantly more sustainability in many different manufacturing industries in Lusatia!
But now I have to tell you how our ENO Managing Director Sven Mimus reacted with a wink to the dramatic news that shook the Republic last week, quite humorously and also with media impact.
" Germany is missing 700,000 apartments" raged through all the news , followed by the information that only higher earners could afford anything near the big cities. Apart from the fact that we have been consciously living and celebrating the latest "trend" here for decades, namely: "Get out into the country", our Mr. Mimus and Eva Wittig, the managing director of the European town of Görlitz Zgorzelec, declared in unison: "We have Apartments!". He added with a smile that we "now even have the Internet" - referring to the ignorant prejudices against the East from the East. He and Ms. Wittig invited everyone who was looking for an apartment to take a look around in our beautiful district.
"We look forward to individualists, couples and families who want a European region, freedom, good career opportunities and really nice living conditions - Görlitz says welcome!" , she explained, and offered everyone to test whether they were mature are for Görlitz?
You can quickly check that with the Görlitz rapid test!
The test is fun - but common sense should be enough to decide on a life in the district of Görlitz. Because we not only have apartments - we also have affordable prices: the average net cold rent in the city of Görlitz is 6.05 euros, in rural places in the district it is often even lower. “Families who are in Berlin or Frankfurt/M. can't afford two rooms - let alone find them - could easily fulfill the dream of a rental house with a garden for these rents. vacancies for work and often vacancies in day-care centers as well,” explains Sven Mimus.
Do you think so too? Then simply send this blog to your friends and relatives who have migrated! Anyone who wants to move is welcome to contact us ( and look for a good job here) - we look forward and stand //plusmimus.com/%20//
Best regards!
