Inspiring networking & future topics: Review of the 7th women's network meeting of the Saxon State Chancellery. Our task force project manager Anja Nixdorf-Munkwitz was there.
Last week the 7th women's network meeting of the Saxon State Chancellery under the patronage of Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer . This year the meeting's motto was a creative get-together, which was characterized by exciting and innovative topics.
The women's network meeting began with a very interesting lecture by the President of the Federal Office for Information Security . Claudia Plattner's technically demanding input laid the foundation for a lively panel discussion that dealt with the limits and opportunities of the megatopic “Artificial Intelligence and Data Security”.
Expert Claudia Plattner captivated those present with her lively presentation - and of course with the exciting topic
The network meeting was fully booked and attracted experts and committed women from all areas of politics, administration, education, science and civil society. The participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss and develop new ideas together. “Everyone present really appreciates this space for exchanging experiences and discussions,” reports our task force project manager Anja Nixdorf-Munkwitz . "We all used the time to talk so intensively and yet..." she reports with a laugh, "at such meetings with such exciting actors there is never enough time to discuss everything."
Anja was invited in her role as chairwoman of the Saxony State Association of Industrial Culture and as an active actor in civil society , but of course also represented the ENO task force . Keyword: “Interdisciplinary networking”. "This type of networking enriches our work, so we like to use the connections to the work in industrial culture, which is currently being conceptually advanced in Saxony," reports the versatile project manager.

Anja also strengthened the network with colleagues from the area of MINT funding (Katrin Hoffmann, chairwoman of the Industrieverein 1828 eV) and the cultural and creative industries (Claudia Muntschik Kreatives Sachsen eV) to talk to Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer and State Minister for Tourism Barbara Klepsch Such direct contacts with leading political decision-makers can open up new perspectives and opportunities for collaboration.
"Overall, the 7th women's network meeting of the Saxon State Chancellery was a complete success. The event offered the participating women an inspiring platform for exchange and networking. It showed once again how important and fruitful the dialogue between different departments and social actors is." our networker Anja explains in conclusion.
We are already looking forward to the next meeting and the many exciting impulses that will come from it. We'll report back here!
