The calm before the storm: tomorrow, Saturday, the Last Minute Apprenticeship Exchange will be one of the busiest stands at the fair

INSIDERTREFF finally live again in Löbau!

Tomorrow, Saturday, June 11th, it's finally that time again: the INSIDERTREFF will take place live in Löbau!

From 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., schoolchildren from the seventh grade upwards can talk to HR managers from many local companies and find out about training opportunities in their dream job. And if you haven't found your dream job yet, you can find out more about the large selection of apprenticeships in the district of Görlitz at the numerous stands. After the last two virtual INSIDERTREFFs 20/21 - due to the pandemic - ENO project manager Saskia Heublein and her team have been involved in setting up and creating an exciting career world in the Löbau Exhibition Center since the middle of this week and are getting to grips with it.

"The INSIDERTREFF is really close to my heart," explains Saskia, head of the ENO service point for education . "It is not uncommon for a visit to the training fair to have a lasting impact on the life of a young person - in a positive way, of course!" she laughs - and emphasizes what she appreciates so much about the trade fair: " Our 130 exhibiting training companies and vocational schools present more than 200 apprenticeships here, and the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied provides region, recognize the good employment and career opportunities, so that they are happy to stay at home instead of moving to a stressful and expensive big city." reports the project manager. You just have to find out what's on offer in the region - what could be better than the INSIDERTREFF? " Moving away to be happy, no one has to do that anymore, " emphasizes Saskia and cordially invites all schoolchildren in the district "from the seventh grade" onwards to visit the INSIDERTREFF.

Even those who still have no idea what they would like to do professionally one day will have the opportunity to get a first practical impression of the respective field of activity on Saturday with many hands-on offers. At many exhibition stands, current trainees and students report on what their everyday work and study life looks like in concrete terms. You can hardly get a more realistic impression of an apprenticeship - and thus of your own possible future!

"This year, the district of Görlitz and us find it extremely important to attract young professionals in the areas of health and care." explains Saskia. "Therefore, a focus will be placed in the flower hall, which will become the 'Hall of Health'. All training companies and educational institutions from the fields of health and care are grouped together here.".

Annabell Krause, who works as an ENO project manager for health and the Lausitz Vital , is looking forward to Saturday with Saskia and is fully engaged: "We hope to convince the youngsters of the many exciting personal development opportunities in this industry to be able to" explains Annabell.

As always, the colleagues are looking forward to a few thousand visitors, who are guaranteed to be smarter than before after the INSIDERTREFF - and who have already taken the first steps for a successful career with us in priceless land - or at least have thought about it .
