The large exhibition hall is already well filled for the INSIDERTREFF

On January 16, the 100 mark was cracked. There are now 109 bookings for the INSIDERTREFF on June 10th in the Löbau Exhibition Park. Registration officially started on November 7th last year.

The companies also had to cope with bad news with the letter from the district administrator for the INSIDER year 2023. After the exhibitor fees have remained constant in recent years, an adjustment to the increased rental prices for the exhibition center had to be made for 2023. The concerns of the INSIDER organization team that this could lead to a drop in the number of participants were already shattered in the first few weeks. "The response was great right from the start," reports Saskia Heublein, head of the #education service point. “We were able to record new registrations every day. Not a single company has commented negatively on the price adjustment.” Of the 109 registrations currently available, 66 are package bookings. These not only include a stand at the training fair, but also a page in the INSIDERATLAS and an entry in ONLINEINSIDER. "We also think it's great that new exhibitors have registered in addition to the companies and institutions that have been represented for many years," says Ricarda Wild-Noisten from the organizational team.  

In the meantime, initial stand planning for the large exhibition hall has already taken place. The available space is already well utilized. Only a few exhibitors can find space. Last-minute applicants can register until January 31, 2023.  

Then the INSIDER TEAM can go into the final stand planning and create the INSIDER DIRECTORY, which will serve as orientation for the students in preparation and on the day of the fair. At the same time, all agreements are made with the external service providers who are responsible, for example, for the power supply in the exhibition hall, for waste disposal, security or the provision of refreshments. Intensive coordination with the schools is now beginning again in order to be able to motivate as many pupils as possible to attend the INSIDERT MEETING.  

The team is working on a special concept for the flower hall in order to emphasize a topic in a special way. At the latest at the INSIDERWERKSTATT, this concept will also be announced to the exhibitors and schools. In a proven manner, this joint event for companies and schools will again take place a month before the fair. In addition to detailed information about the trade fair, participants will also receive specialist lectures on the subjects of training, studies and professional orientation.
