A unique opportunity for companies in the Görlitz district to recruit trainees

The upcoming trainee speed dating offers companies in the Görlitz district a unique opportunity to get to know potential trainees in a short time and to gain a first personal impression.

The event is seen as an efficient platform for filling vacant training positions and recruiting talented young people for your own company. In 10-minute conversations, company representatives have the opportunity to get to know potential trainees. A positive first impression can be the start of a successful collaboration. If both the company and the young people like each other right from the start, trainee speed dating offers the basis for getting to know each other more intensively. This can take the form of internships, trial work or holiday jobs directly in the company.

The event is aimed specifically at young people who are invited by the Bautzen Employment Agency and the Görlitz District Job Center. In addition, the dates are also advertised in schools and to the public in order to reach as many interested students as possible.

The Görlitz district trainee speed dating is organized by the Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH (ENO) development company in collaboration with the Dresden Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Dresden Chamber of Crafts, the Görlitz District Craft Association, the Görlitz District Job Center and the Bautzen Employment Agency.
