A gem
The blog should also reflect on our daily ENO work. Today a small excerpt from the category "what kind of development should we push for here". I am writing about the grounds around the castle in Koenigshain.
We have been officially connected to the castle since 2020. The museum association organizes changing exhibitions and coordinates the stay of grants. Easy to read, but a lot of work :)
The marmot says hello every day
Exactly this saying should please not stop in the unique rooms and corridors. Changing topics with hopefully interesting people are not just guests. They are exhibitors, participants and initiators. We make every effort to keep developing even under the current conditions. We are not just planning for 2021, we are already in 2022.
On top of that
Yesterday I had a very good discussion with Joachim Mühle, head of the cultural department in the district of Görlitz, Königshainer, chairman of the association, foundation initiator and cultural space secretary. I probably forgot a task in the list. In any case, he is a passionate Oberlausitzer and a fighter for art and culture. Yesterday's topic was the area around the castle. Lets go on we can do it better. Here we immediately agree on the matter. But how do we take the next steps? Which buildings do we include? I think it has to be thought about here together with the citizens of Königshain. Mixed with further ideas, this can become a really great suggestion. The castle with its many adjoining buildings and the unique park. Next to Görlitz, in Upper Lusatia, in the middle of Europe.
Completely different?
One thing is clear - historically, Mr.
Without a doubt, Mühle would buy any cutting from me. Between Charlemagne and today's use, he explains possible connections to other regions with tangible enthusiasm. Always aligning further development with tradition and still looking to the future. Discuss together, outline developments (and necessary financing) and win partners. I believe that together the jewel can continue to shine. https://museum-oberlausitz.de/index.php/ausstellungen/special
