What does he do all day?

Yesterday I briefly considered not publishing a blog post today. Why? I read the blog about the journey through the #unbezahlbarland ( https://www.15grad-ostblog.de ) and thought we don't want to get on your nerves with too many blog posts a week.
But Ingo convinced me - and gave me an idea. Convinced because of the target direction. Tobias reports on stories from the perspective of an outsider. I'm more like ENO glasses. About what we do and what we don't do. So there is a post :).
Appointments - the thing with the computer?
Appointments I set myself almost always go wrong. To the chagrin of Katrin and Manja, I put the appointment over another. Or I forget to consider the distance between places. Then, with a bad conscience, I have to have Katrin or Manja reschedule the appointment. Then that works too. Video conferencing is really okay. Before we drive to Berlin for 2 hours, it makes sense to meet online. Nevertheless, I find the personal conversation to be the more suitable way for many topics. Especially when there is a lot to explain or solutions to be found. The cooperation is also different. The personal connection to the actors is extremely important to me. That's why it's good that there are more appointments away from the computer again. The "hybrid weeks" - i.e. a mixture of video conferences and personal encounters - will certainly not disappear. At least that's how I can judge for the ENO.
Why is he never there?
Nevertheless, I'm rarely in the ENO and when we ask for appointments, we regularly despair of the word "prompt". What am I actually doing all day? I thought I'd just look at the calendar and write it down here. I already wrote about the first appointment on Monday ( https://plusmimus.com/index.php/component/content/article/79-blog/126-fast-alle-years-again?Itemid=437 ). It then went on to the rooms of the district craftsmen's association in Görlitz for a vote on the topic of monument protection. The afternoon was marked by the shareholders' meeting of the (still called that) holiday company. Tuesday I had job interviews, a visit to a larger construction site in Görlitz and intensive consultations on the museum network. On Wednesday, with 2 appointments in Weißwasser and Boxberg, the day was over in a flash. Topics here were the presentation of our new employees in the structural change working group and the comparison of project ideas. On Thursday there will be an internal ENO project round on the subject of structural change, staff interviews, project coordination with the university, video conferences with federal authorities and then the supervisory board of KoIS gGmbH. Friday is dedicated to company visits. Together with Thomas Rublack we want to listen carefully to them. They create jobs. They are the breeding ground for good development. And then at the weekend is the Star Bike Ride.
As you can see, a nice compendium of topics. It won't be boring.
