Lausitz Vital is present!
As you, the attentive reader, know, we launched the "Lausitz Vital" network in July, together with many players in the healthcare industry in the Görlitz district , to the real network for the first time at . Finally the time had come - after a lot of digital work, virtual meetings and small one-on-one conversations on the phone and computer, the first face-to-face event as part of the Lausitz Vital project finally took place. Our project manager Annabel Krause, who is in charge of "Lausitz Vital", invited to the consultation rooms of the ENO to exchange experiences and to collect ideas on the subject of "health promotion and prevention".
Starting with a small input from Anna Knobloch (master's student in health management) on the topic: "What actually belongs to health promotion and prevention?", "How do the actors interlink?" and "What do you mean by 'behaviour-related' and 'relationship-related' health promotion? ", the actors were first "picked up". Afterwards, Mrs. Romy Ganer the "Social Network Lausitz". Her work is a good example of best practice, which has been established in Lusatia. Because under the umbrella of the "Social Network Lausitz" there is a lot. In addition to leisure activities for seniors and prevention, numerous self-help groups have also been formed. In addition, the network coordinates neighborhood and learning aids .2021 was organized and supported by the network.
After the impulses, the interactive work began - three walls with the headings "Growing up healthy", "Working healthy" and "Growing old healthy" wanted to be filled with colorful pieces of paper. Under the central question "What does Lusatia need for the population to remain healthy in all areas of life?" the 14 participants were asked to put their perspectives on the wall with lots of colorful pieces of paper. This resulted in a lively exchange between the actors. Topics such as health guides and networked advisory services were discussed, mobility for all age structures, alternative forms of housing, new working models - "New Work" and the issue of a shortage of skilled workers were also discussed.
Conclusion of our project manager Annabell: Many important topics were addressed, needs were compiled, exchange was demanded... and now it's time to process the results and continue! "We say thank you to all participants and look forward to further network meetings (with other focuses 😉 ) in 2022!"
Best regards
Annabell and Jasna
