One of my clear weaknesses :) 

I'm notoriously messy. Maybe someone else among you knows this. I keep thinking about where I put which document. Paper - even worse. How often do I still find a letter or a folder in my pocket. With the blood pressure rising, print out overview A, sketch B and analysis C shortly before the committees? All I need is in my head, but a printout would be nice... Even in 2021.  

My respect for that

In moments like this, I have to say a big thank you. Thanks to Katrin, Manja and Sylvette. It is fascinating with what calmness and what overview the tasks are approached here. Unnerved by the lively boss? none. The links to the documents come fluttering in teams or the redeeming chat message "is already in your place". Incomprehensible.  

And that's not the end of it

Days when I cause trouble abound. But the standard moments described here are only a minimal excerpt from the overall range of tasks. Countless threads come together here. In addition to telephone, mail and accounting, contract management and regular arranging for brine testing, there are many other tasks on the table. Also for all other companies for which I am responsible. If someone dials 329010 in Görlitz and wants to go to the Rothenburg airfield - no problem. We connect or call back.  

Some new employees will soon be coming to the ENO. When they arrive, Katrin, Manja and Sylvette's work is usually done. Tables, chairs, telecommunications - including the necessary contractual basis - are in place, ready and the work can begin.

And please smile! 

In Görlitz we often have guests in our rooms. These are usually received by one of the three ladies. The first impression has to be good. Also a phone call - I think I can recognize smiling conversation partners. We have perfected that. Thanks again. For giving me and the #TeamENO such a great back.  

So - and now I have to see where I put the documents for tomorrow's meeting.
