It still tastes good
Finally another episode "Have a coffee with..." I was really looking forward to that. The planned date of Ingo and Christian wasn't really clear to me. It was discussed in the project meeting - something is coming. But I didn't need to know more. The rumbling in the stomach was not a bad feeling, but the joy of the next episode.
A visit to Ostritz
Today I was able to see the film. A small smile has already settled on my mouth. Ingo and Christian have again found someone who can motivate. Namely Martin Engwich. He comes from Reichenbach. However, the Reichenbach in the Vogtland. And it shows that we must not tire of publicizing our location. A new company sign has been on display in Ostritz for around six months - "IntEgro". IntEgro Verkehr GmbH has opened a second location - in Ostritz.
Tradition meets modernity
When I listen to Herr Engwicht like this, he speaks to a lot of things that are also on my heart. Traditional - yes. In Ostritz, the topic of repairing narrow-gauge wagons (and much more besides) has traditionally been part of everyday practice for many years. With regard to the existing team, it is good to know that familiar staff will continue to be relied on. The new managing director looks young and dynamic himself. But he also emphasizes the necessary idealism. This is important - after all, all orders are individual. Working in a manufactory with countless work steps on an object must be intentional. By employees and by management.
What's next?
The first investments have already been made and others are planned. The team is looking for backup. Orders come from all over Germany. We should be happy that there is so much energy here. I'll keep my fingers crossed - and if we can help, we'll be there. Now I recommend you to take a look directly at the video.
PS: please send me ideas for one of our next visits to "Have a coffee with..." :)
