A modern place for creative thought processes and inspiring media work - in the middle of the new Bahnhofstrasse

After many planning meetings, model discussions and preliminary drawings, appointments for color and material selection, after technical considerations and umpteen ordering processes, after waiting times, delivery dates and major unpacking campaigns, the time had finally come on Monday, July 18th: the UnbezahlbarLounge in Görlitz was officially opened .

"It was really an exciting task," says was in charge of the project as head of the ENO service point #Unbezahlbarland Together with our graphic designers Ariane Archner, Katarzyna Krzyżanowska and our filmmaker and technology expert Christian Fietze, Ingo was responsible for not only "getting the UBL lounge up and running", but also designing it in an appealing, modern and aesthetic way. "You can see that our two graphic designers have put their passion for design together with the room planners from Ottomar Görlitz into the furnishing of the very refreshing, great new rooms!" he is pleased. For months, the Tuesday meetings of the UBL team included the item "UB Lounge" - now it is finally being shown how and that the work has more than paid off.

The modern rooms in InnoLabs property on the corner of Salomonstraße and Bahnhofstraße are now available to everyone who wants to actively shape the district of Görlitz and advance them with new ideas: "We want companies and business associations, institutions and research facilities, clubs and umbrella organizations across the district, but also reach media and film professionals with this new offer. The PricelessLounge sees itself as a place of encounter, of working and learning, of creativity and innovation, as a starting point for something new,” explains ENO Managing Director Sven Mimus.

Creative thoughts can only fly in the rooms of the UnbezahlbarLounge, because the room concept and the technical equipment allow for a wide range of possible uses. Air-conditioned seminar and consultation rooms of various sizes and furnishings, cozy lounge areas, a stylish counter - the priceless - lovingly handcrafted by Mond Lynx are available for intensive discussions and a representative event area for up to 40 people.

There is a special offer for media professionals - they can use the studio space in the mega mall to record interviews, discussions, moderations or small talk formats. A 250 Mbit broadband connection also enables interference-free streaming into the network.

Within a year, the district of Görlitz and the ENO realized the idea of ​​the priceless lounge. So it was of course important to the team to commission regional planners and craftsmen with the implementation. Of course, the name of the newly created meeting place goes back to our image campaign " Priceless Land ". "As part of the campaign, we advertise with 'good stories' about innovative companies, creative doers, committed people and the priceless advantages of our region for the district of Görlitz," explains Ingo. "The PricelessLounge was created as part of the " Task Force Structural Change " project and now offers all those involved the ideal atmosphere for creative thought processes, presentations and receptions as well as for inspiring media work."

With the priceless lounge, a professional meeting place was created that expresses the self-confidence of the district and is on a par with similar offers in metropolitan areas. This is important for structural change - although the lounge itself is a piece of structural change.
