With the interactive “JobKompass - Görlitz District”, a new, innovative job search tool is now available. The company SACHSENHITS VRmedia Filmmanufaktur from Niesky has implemented a project for the regional skilled workers' alliance in the Görlitz district.

The innovative “JobKompass - Görlitz District” is a unique online topic presentation consisting of over 40 panoramas with a 360° panoramic view, which combines the locations of potential employers, current job offers and a virtual insight into the living environment in all directions in eight professional fields. “The result is a new “visual navigation system” that is available to provide information and attract skilled workers, which can be used at regional and national job and career fairs, in vocational schools and universities or via QR codes in print products and on posters or stickers.” , explains Ralf Herrmann from SACHSENHITS.

The platform was implemented within seven months. This meant that the Niesky-based company was able to contribute its experience in VR visualization. “It was a technical challenge for us to implement the project in a short time,” reports project manager Frank Flecks. “We used high-quality drones and special technology for this. We were also very lucky with the weather on the production days.”

The “JobKompass - Görlitz District” is not a separate website, but a VR presentation that can be integrated into any website.
