10 pounds lighter...
...so great was the tension and excitement.
Since Monday I've only been thinking about one topic - the launch event of Lausitz Vital. Test the survey tools there again, make final arrangements with speakers and actors, coordinate the presentation and list of participants with our partner at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, send reminder emails, etc. On Tuesday I get a few more calls saying that no access link has arrived - that's probably what happened System fails and our EDVer is on vacation... so we sent the link again by hand in the hope that it would reach EVERYONE. Another call on Wednesday morning: our "doer" Hans-Joachim-Tauch from Ärzte-Netz-Ostsachsen eG lost his laptop - participation from home was not possible. But here, too, a solution was quickly found and Mr Tauch was able to make his statement (almost) as planned. With this in mind - thanks to all the speakers who made the event lively with great inputs.
The efforts of the last three weeks have paid off. We had over 60 registrations and a colorful bouquet of actors took part in our launch event for Lausitz Vital. Nursing care facilities, welfare associations, hospitals and insurance funds, the KV-Sachsen, business developers, companies from the health industry, rehabilitation facilities, educational institutions, project initiators, representatives from administration and research institutions - how do you say "a dog from every village" and that shouldn't sound derogatory here, quite the opposite. We are very pleased that such a variety of stakeholders are interested in supporting our vision: " Create a revolutionary region in the field of health in the center of Europe with a strong, bundled network".
Despite what felt like 1000 tests, there were a few technical stumbling blocks during the event - and it was still a successful event. Despite the virtual format, we were able to gain some new insights, for example that many of the actors hope for knowledge transfer and exchange through the network, but also want to find cooperation partners for projects. The participants were able to contribute themselves and communicate suggestions, ideas and problems via a virtual note board. I am looking forward to the coming encounters and events, where we can (hopefully) exchange ideas personally and build further building blocks on the foundation.
See you soon, your Annabell
