Invitation to the 4th AK Sustainable Commercial Areas

On Wednesday, January 24th, we invite you to the 4th working group meeting “Development of sustainable commercial areas” in the Görlitz district.
In the UnbezahlbarLounge at Bahnhofstrasse 22 in Görlitz from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., various aspects of the development of sustainable commercial areas will be demonstrated.
"The invitation is aimed at all interested companies, but also at municipalities who want to make their existing commercial areas more attractive for companies through sustainable redesign or who want to designate new commercial areas. Compensatory measures etc. also play a role," explains Lisa Bergmann , who is at the ENO is responsible for the working group meetings.
"In addition, the working group should also address planning and engineering offices, which will then assist in advising and implementing the plans of companies and municipalities - keyword: networking." she explains.
The event offers a space for sharing current developments. "Our goal, in addition to the technical discussion, is to develop a continuous, joint work structure and to strengthen the networking between municipalities, entrepreneurs and planners. And of course this also includes gaining shared knowledge through exciting expert lectures," explains Lisa in detail. At the last meeting, questions about characteristics and criteria for sustainable, resource-saving commercial areas were examined in workshops. At the first working group in 2024, two experts will give exciting lectures before the discussion and networking begins.
