Village walk in Lodenau to the development of the village community house

The village community Lodenau eV is a young and very committed association from the north of the priceless country. The task force has been supporting structural change since the beginning of 2023

the club. As early as April, a representative of the village community took part in the Innovation Challenge Lausitz and acquired initial methodological knowledge to initiate new projects. In addition, the village community also submitted a challenge to the Innovation Challenge Lausitz , which was processed by a dedicated team.

On Sunday, August 27th, the orchard festival established by the village community Lodenau eV took place, in which numerous Lodenau residents took part. Every newborn in the village receives a newly planted orchard on the Lodenau orchard, ie the village celebrates its youth and its future with the festival!

Wilhelmine and Saskia were also They had the mission to talk to all Lodenau residents present and to invite them to the village walk on the following Friday, September 1st.

The aim of the village walk was to get in touch with the citizens about the development of the village community house and to find out what ideas and wishes there were. It was particularly important for the association to convey that the village community house should not only be a club domicile, but can be used equally by everyone in the village and that anyone who wants to can also get involved in the design.

The village walk began at the Häusl, where 15 interested people gathered who first got an idea of ​​the building. The first leg of the walk then led to a bus stop on the main street. Set in the right mood by the noise of the street, the lack of seating and the uninviting place to linger, they should act out their inner critic here and consider where the difficulties and problems in the development of the building could lie. The critic then had to be left behind at the bus stop and the further path led to the meadow orchard, where people were invited to dream with cold drinks, bratwurst and langos. All wild ideas were allowed and welcomed here. Finally, the walk led back to the Häusl to bring the worlds of the critic and the dreamer together in a pragmatic and realistic way.

The next task will be to prioritize the selected ideas and create a usage concept. The walk is also intended to be the storyline for the association's Advent theatre.
